Packages
Yellowstone Package-$7,500
Package includes horses for bridge and groom plus two witnesses (can add on by case by case basis for a fee and at our own discrection)
Photographer of your choice
Wedding Ceremony performed by Officiant
Google meet or in person meet for ceremony discussion
All of the same provisions that come with standard ceremony, add on ceremonies covered in package.
(Packages can go up and negotiated on a case by case basis to include more guests, extra photo time, etc.)
The Bridger Package-$4.500
Package includes transport of horses to your chosen venue (with venue approval)
Bride and Groom escorted for procession and recession on horseback led by on of our trusted handlers
Ceremony can be performed on the ground or on horseback
30 min photo opportunity with horses
All other regular ceremony provisions apply
DAY OF COORDINATING-$1500
(ANY PACKAGES WITH DAY OF COORDINATING WILL BE PAID IN FULL ALONG WITH SIGNED CONTRACT)
Need a day of coordinator?
Will coordinate rehearsal, wedding ceremony, first dance, dinner, and announcements/speeches.
If officiant services are needed with coordinating, I offer a bundle deal at $2000
If you need an officiant, MC, and day of coordinator there is a bundle deal at $2500
MC Services-$800
If you have hired a band for your wedding, want the DJ to strictly concentrate on music, and want a professional public speaker to give a blessing over dinner and handle introductions and announcements, I can assist with making sure your wedding information is delivered properly.
Simple Marriage License Signing (Small Blessing included)-$350
5-10 minute interaction
Includes up to 6 guests (including witnesses) which will need to be provided by wedding couple
Elopement(parties of 10 and under)-$650
up to 30 Min Ceremony
Travel to your location of choice (Travel Fees apply outside Gallatin County)

Concierge Services-$150
If you are needing referrals and coordination with local sites, wedding planners, caterers, hair, make up, etc. Concierge Servies allow for connecting with local vendors to ensure you have everything you need for the big day!
Rehearsal attendance and coordinating-$150
This includes showing to your designated wedding site or rehearsal to help coordinate practice of the ceremony beforehand from start to finish
Adventure Weddings and Travel Outside of Gallatin County
Depending on location, travel will be accrued at $1 per mile. Travel is available anywhere in the United States at request outside of Montana as well. Travel costs and accomodations to be covered by purchaser. Adventure weddings will slightly higher cost than atraditional wedding at $900
Marriage Coaching-$300
With Marriage Coaching we discuss important communication and conflict resolution skills to be applied as both as a married couple and in all relationships in life. For the 300 you get two 45 min sessions. If additional sessions are sought, it would be $100 a session after
Add ons-$50
Add ons to any ceremony include handfasting, untiy knot, wine glasses, candle lighting, and sand ceremony. I have my own supplies I can bring, or include ones you may have already picked out. The price is $50 for the add on and can be included in the deposit
Travel and Lodging
For any travel there will be a travel fee added at the rate of 1$ per mile. This calculates time, travel, and wear and tear.
For travel requiring overnight stays
lodging will be covered by the couple under what I call "fair and frugal" Accommodations can be made to stay in my own quarters at the provided lodging by the venue covered by the couple, a reasonable average hotel room near the venue, or a site for travel camper near the venue.
To book and secure a date for officiant services a 50% Deposit will be required, as well as a signed contract agreeing to services and fees. The remaining balance will be collected on final Script Agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a date from issue from the client comes up it can be shifted to any other available date.
